  • Bookings are subject to technician availability
  • Prices are quoted upfront and may vary based on diagnostics
  • Urgent call-outs may incur additional fees
  • Customer must provide accurate info for remote or on-site service

Returns & Refunds We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with a product or service, here’s what you need to know:

Hardware Returns:

  • Must be returned within 7 days in original packaging
  • Refunds are only issued if item is unused and undamaged
  • Special order items are non-refundable unless faulty

Service Issues:

  • If a repair fails within the warranty period, we will redo it at no charge
  • If we are unable to complete a repair, you will only be charged for diagnostics (if applicable)
  • Refunds on services are handled case-by-case based on the situation
